Never. RiseSMM will never ask for your account password. All services are fulfilled externally using only your public username or post URL. Keep your account public during delivery so the system can deliver your order.

Services & Orders
Log in to your dashboard, click 'New Order', choose your platform category (e.g., Instagram Followers), pick the exact service package, paste your public post or profile link, enter the quantity, and click 'Submit Order'. The order executes automatically.
Bot services are automated accounts designed for basic numerical social proof. High Quality (HQ) accounts include profile pictures, bios, and existing posts for realistic appearance. Real services involve active user engagement networks with higher retention rates.
Drip-Feed is a scheduling feature that divides a large order into gradual, smaller deliveries over time. For example, rather than receiving 10,000 views at once, you can configure the system to deliver 1,000 views daily for 10 days to mimic organic growth curves.
The Mass Order feature allows agencies and power users to submit multiple separate orders simultaneously in a batch format: service_id | link | quantity. This saves time when managing dozens of client campaigns concurrently.
A 'Partial' status indicates that the server delivered a portion of your ordered quantity before encountering a limit or update. The remaining undelivered portion is automatically calculated and refunded back to your account wallet balance.
A 'Canceled' status occurs if a link is broken, private, or invalid. When an order is canceled, 100% of the funds spent on that order are immediately credited back to your RiseSMM wallet so you can re-order with the correct link.
Because orders are dispatched to automated servers immediately upon submission, orders in 'Pending' or 'In Progress' status generally cannot be modified or canceled. Always double-check your target URL and quantity before placing an order.
Refill & Drop Protection
Refill is a warranty feature provided on select services. If engagement drops below the ordered start count plus delivered quantity within the stated guarantee window, the server automatically or upon request re-delivers the missing amount for free.
Go to your 'Orders' page. For services with active refill protection, an automated 'Refill' button appears next to your order once the initial delivery completes. Clicking this button sends an automated replenishment request to the server.
No. Services explicitly labeled 'No Refill' or 'NR' are low-cost packages that carry no drop protection. Only services marked with 'Refill', 'R30', 'R60', or 'Guaranteed' include active warranty coverage. Always review the service title before buying.
If your order has dropped within its valid guarantee period and the dashboard button is inactive, open a support ticket under 'Order Issue' or message our WhatsApp support desk with your Order ID for manual refill processing.
Payments & Billing
We provide automated, instant deposits via PhonePe QR, Paytm QR, and BharatPe UPI for Indian clients. For international accounts, Perfect Money (USD) is available. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.
Navigate to 'Add Funds' in your dashboard, select 'PhonePe & Paytm QR', scan the displayed QR code with any UPI app, enter the amount, and copy the 12-digit UTR/Transaction ID from your payment receipt into the form. Your balance credits automatically.
Our minimum deposit starts at just ₹10 via automated UPI QR, allowing users to test services with minimal upfront commitment before placing larger bulk orders.
Automated UPI verification usually credits in under 60 seconds. If an update delay occurs, verify that you entered the correct 12-digit UTR without spaces. If still uncredited, open a support ticket with your payment screenshot and UTR for immediate manual crediting.
Deposited funds are designated for purchasing services on RiseSMM and cannot be refunded back to external bank accounts. If an order fails or cancels, the full balance remains in your wallet for future orders.
Child Panels & Reselling
A Child Panel is a white-label SMM website hosted on our infrastructure connected to your personal domain name. It allows you to run your own SMM business, sell all 667+ RiseSMM services under your brand, set your own prices, and keep 100% of your profits.
Child Panels on RiseSMM are priced at ₹399 per month (with promotional plans available starting from ₹299/month and discounts up to 15% on multi-month subscriptions). The rental fee includes hosting, database management, and free automated script updates.
Purchase any domain from a domain registrar (like Namecheap or GoDaddy), open your domain DNS management settings, and point your nameservers to: ns1.serverly.in and ns2.serverly.in. Once propagated, submit your domain in your Child Panel order form.
Yes. As the Child Panel administrator, you have an independent admin panel where you can configure your own Paytm, PhonePe, UPI, and crypto merchant gateways to receive payments directly into your bank account.
Your Child Panel automatically synchronizes service IDs and rates from RiseSMM. When a client places an order on your site, it is routed via API to RiseSMM at wholesale cost, and the retail difference remains your net profit.
API & Integration
Yes. Full API access is provided free to every registered user without recurring API fees or separate application approval.
Log in to your account, click on your username in the navigation menu, select 'Account', and navigate to the 'API Key' section. You can copy your existing key or generate a new security token whenever needed.
RiseSMM operates a standard REST v2 API endpoint at https://risesmm.com/api/v2 accepting HTTP POST requests with JSON formatted responses, making it compatible with standard SMM panel software.
Our API supports standard actions: 'services' (fetch complete service catalog with IDs and rates), 'add' (submit new orders), 'status' (query single order progress), 'orders' (batch check multi-order statuses), 'refill' (submit refill requests), and 'balance' (check account funds).
Send an HTTP POST request to https://risesmm.com/api/v2 with parameters: key={YOUR_API_KEY} and action=services. The server returns a JSON array containing service ID, name, category, rate per 1,000, minimum quantity, maximum quantity, and refill status.
