Delivery Policy

By placing an order with RiseSMM, you automatically accept all terms listed below, whether you have read them or not.

RiseSMM rates are subject to change at any time without notice. Terms remain active in case of rate updates.

RiseSMM provides estimated delivery times based on service load and order quantity. Delivery times are estimations; processing orders cannot be refunded if they are currently executing within standard processing windows.

In cases where a technical update occurs on a target platform, drop ratios and refill availability may adjust accordingly as described in individual service notes.

RiseSMM is not responsible for any damages or account suspensions that you or your business may experience. We strongly recommend following platform guidelines and pacing your growth using drip-feed where appropriate.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. Any personal information received during registration and ordering is used strictly to fulfill your orders and manage your account. We never sell or redistribute your personal information to third parties. All data is handled through encrypted, secure protocols.

Refund & Wallet Policy

Payments deposited to RiseSMM are added to your internal wallet balance to be used for ordering services. After a deposit has been confirmed and credited, payments cannot be refunded back to the original payment method.

You agree not to file fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks after funds are credited. In the event of an unverified dispute, RiseSMM reserves the right to suspend the account and terminate pending orders.

If an order is undeliverable or canceled by the system, the corresponding amount will be automatically refunded back to your RiseSMM wallet balance.

Orders placed with incorrect links or private profiles do not qualify for refunds. Always verify that target profiles are set to public before placing orders.
